Shizuoka has close to 500 km of coastline consisting of white sand beaches, rugged steep & rocky coast, secret coves and inlets and long stretches of surf beaches.
The coast starts at the town of Atami travels around Izu Peninsula to the deep Suruga Bay eventually meeting the Pacific Ocean again at Omaezaki before continuing further down past Hamamatsu to the Brackish Lake Hamana.
All along the way there are different and unique experiences awaiting anyone that is Exploring Shizuoka.
