금파여행 TV입니다. 오늘은 전남 신안군 증도면 증동리에 위치한 짱뚱어다리와 짱뚱어해수욕장을 소개합니다.

신안군은 1004개 섬으로 이루어져 천사의 섬 신안이라 하며 섬 여행의 메카입니다. 그중 증도는 때 묻지 않은 천혜의 자연환경을 갖춘 섬으로 2007년 12월 아시아에서 최초로 슬로시티(Slow City)로 지정된 곳입니다.

증도는 그동안 무안 현경면쪽이나 목포으로 돌아와야 했는데 작년 말 영광 칠산대교가 개통되어 쉽게 칠산대교를 통해 수도권과 충청권에서 접근이 가능해져 보다 쉽게 증도에 올 수 있습니다.

증도에 오면 태평염전, 신안해저유물발굴기념비, 신안해저유물발굴기념관, 짱뚱어다리, 짱뚱어해수욕장, 우전해수욕장, 갯벌생태전시관, 엘도라도 리조트 등 볼곳이 많이 있습니다. 증도 첫번째 여행지 검산항과 신안해저유물발굴기념관에 이어 두번째 여행지는 증도의 명물 짱뚱어다리와 짱뚱어해수욕장입니다. 짱뚱어다리는 솔무등공원에서 짱뚱어해수욕장까지 갯벌 위에 약 470m의 다리가 놓여 있습니다. 짱뚱어는 청정 갯벌에서만 서식하데 이곳 다리에 올라서면 밀물 때는 바다 위를 걷는 느낌이 들고, 썰물 때는 짱뚱어·칠게·조개 등 갯벌의 자연 생태를 직접 눈으로 볼 수 있습니다.

짱뚱어 다리를 건너면 짱뚱어해수욕장에 도착하게 됩니다. 짱뚱어해수욕장 백사장에는 짚으로 만든 파라솔이 길게 서있어 이국적인 분위기와 아름다운 바다 경치를 볼 수가 있습니다.

또한 해수욕장 뒤편에는 한반도 형상의 울창한 소나무 숲이 있어 산책도 할 수 있고 숲길 끝 갯벌생태전시관은 신안 일대의 갯벌 생태를 살펴보며 갯벌이 주는 환경의 중요성을 알 수가 있습니다. 갯벌생태전시관 옆 엘도라도 리조트는 야외수영장·해수사우나·찜질방을 갖춘 최고급 리조트로 증도의 명물입니다. 금파부부 오늘 두번째 여행지인 이곳에서 아름다운 추억 많이 담아 가겠습니다.

This is Geumpa Tour TV. Today, I introduce Jjangdung Bridge and Jjangdungeo Beach located in Jeungdong-ri, Jeungdo-myeon, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do.

Sinan-gun is composed of 1,004 islands and is called Sinan, an angel island, and is the mecca of island travel. Among them, Jeungdo Island is an island with a natural environment that is unquestioned and has been designated as Slow City for the first time in Asia in December 2007.

Jeungdo had to come back to Muan Hyeongyeong-myeon or Mokpo, but the Chilsan Bridge in Yeonggwang was opened at the end of last year, allowing easy access from the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area through Chilsan Bridge, making it easier to come to Jeungdo.

If you visit Jeungdo, there are many places to see, including Taepyeong Salt Farm, Sinan Seasher Excavation Monument, Sinan Seasher Excavation Memorial Hall, Jjangdung Bridge, Jjangdung Fish Beach, Ujeon Beach, Mudflat Ecology Exhibition Hall, and Eldorado Resort. Following Jeungdo Island’s first tourist destination, Geomsan Port and Sinan Sea Relics Excavation Memorial Hall, the second tourist destinations are Jeungdo’s famous Jjangdung Bridge and Jjangdungeo Beach. The Jjangmudari Bridge has a 470m-long bridge over the mudflats from Solmudeung Park to Jjangmudae Beach. Jjangdung fish live only in clean mudflats. When you climb up this bridge, you can feel like you are walking on the sea during the tide, and you can see the natural ecology of mudflats such as Jjangdungi, Chilge, and shellfish.

If you cross the bridge, you will arrive at the beach. On the white sandy beach of Jjangdungeo Beach, straw parasols stand for a long time, giving you an exotic atmosphere and a beautiful view of the sea.

In addition, there is a dense pine forest in the shape of the Korean Peninsula behind the beach, so you can take a walk. The mudflat ecology exhibition hall at the end of the forest path provides you with a glimpse of the ecology of mudflats around Sinan. The El Dorado Resort next to the mudflat ecological exhibition hall is a luxury resort with outdoor swimming pools, sea water sauna, and jjimjilbang, and is a specialty of Jeungdo.
