East meets West. It was the birth of Japan’s rail network and we chose Shimbashi Station in Ginza, Tokyo as the location to open our very first store. Due to the convenience of the new railway line and growing popularity of the area, many other western-influenced stores followed, including publishing houses and media outlets, opening nearby.
