Turkish roast meat (Turkish: döner kebap) is “rotary roast meat”. döner means “spin”, and Turkish “roasted meat” means kebap, which is also transliterated as “Kaba”. This is a Turkish diet made by cutting down roasted lamb, beef or chicken and adding ingredients.
