Cowmoose Step Falls is located 3 kilometers up the Cowmoose Mountain access road in the Bullmoose mine area, north west of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. Although the waterfalls are only 100 meters from the road, it is a challenge to access in the winter as the road is not maintained. We snowshoed into the falls, but a snowmobile would be an easier alternative. The three cascading waterfalls, frozen in the winter, provide three levels of difficulty for ice climbers.
