On April 22, most bubble tea shops closed down in Singapore. This brought grief to all Singaporeans. But don’t worry, you can DIY your own bubble tea quite easiliy. All you need is tapioca starch, black sugar (or gula melaka), pandan leaf and water. However, it wasn’t easy as I thought; it requires strength and time. It is a fun activity to do during a lock down though.
