About Shutoko
For nearly 50 years, Shutoko, or Metropolitan Expressway, has served as the main artery in the Tokyo Metropolitan area.
About Wangan Line
The Bayshore Route of the Shuto Expressway (首都高速道路湾岸線, Shuto Kōsokudōro Wangan-sen or simply Wangan-sen for short) is a 70 kilometres (43 mi) stretch of toll highway in Greater Tokyo, that runs from Yokohama city, Kanazawa ward, to Ichikawa city of Chiba Prefecture. It is an important route that runs between artificial islands of Tokyo Bay by way of bridges and sub-sea tunnels, bypassing Tokyo entirely.
About Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport (HND), also known as Tokyo International Airport, is the closest airport to Tokyo. It’s around 30 minutes by train from the center of Tokyo, making Haneda more convenient to the city than Tokyo’s other major airport, Narita Airport. Haneda Airport has three terminals. Terminal 1 is a hub for Japan Airlines (JAL) domestic flights, along with Skymark Airlines and some Starflyer flights. Terminal 2 is a hub for All Nippon Airlines (ANA) domestic flights, along with Air Do, Solaseed Air and some Starflyer flights. Terminal 3 is the international terminal. Free shuttle buses take you between the three terminals, making transfers easy. All three terminals have direct links to train and monorail services into Tokyo. The airport is expanding to accommodate more visitors for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with a new complex, HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN, due to open in spring 2020. HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN will have hotels, shopping, events spaces and a bus terminal.
About Tennozu Isle
With its proximity to central Tokyo and convenient access to Odaiba and Tokyo Disneyland, Tennozu Isle is the perfect place to spend a half or full day exploring the modern side of Tokyo, with repurposed warehouses, shops, galleries, hip cafés, restaurants, street art and enticing creative spaces.
About Shinagawa Station
Shinagawa Station (品川駅, Shinagawa-eki) is a major railway station in the Takanawa and Konan districts of Minato, Tokyo, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central), and the private railway operator Keikyu. The Tokaido Shinkansen and other trains to the Miura Peninsula, Izu Peninsula, and the Tōkai region pass through here. Though a major station in Tokyo, Shinagawa is not served by the Tokyo subway network. However, it is connected to the Toei Asakusa Line via Keikyu through services.
Despite its name, the station is not located in Shinagawa ward. Shinagawa is also commonly used to refer to the business district around the station, which is in Takanawa and Konan neighborhoods of Minato, directly north of Shinagawa ward.
About Shibaura
Shibaura is an area of redeveloped land on the edge of Tokyo Bay, with canals snaking their way between high-rise residential apartments, warehouses and offices. There are plenty of drinking and dining options in the area as well.
This is an area of contrasts, with the gleaming modern buildings of nearby Shiodome and the Rainbow Bridge offset by centuries-old Zojoji Temple and the serene gardens of Hamarikyu Gardens . Shibaura is a great place to stroll around on a bright and sunny day.
This station is just south of a large yard complex consisting of Shinagawa Carriage Sidings, Shinagawa Locomotive Depot, and Tamachi Depot.
About Hamamatsucho
Hamamatsuchō (浜松町) is a business and commercial district south of Shinbashi district in Minato-Ku ward in Tokyo, Japan. Hamamatsucho is located along the Tokyo Bay, with views of Odaiba and the Rainbow Bridge.
About Shinbashi
Shinbashi (新橋), sometimes transliterated Shimbashi, is a district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan.
The area was the site of a bridge built across the Shiodome River in 1604. The river was later filled in. Shinbashi was the Tokyo terminus of the first railway in Japan in 1872.
