Lake Haruna

A 360° pan view from the shore of the lake atop Mount Haruna, near Shibukawa in Gunma, Japan. Otherwise known as Mount Akina in the manga and anime Initial D, here you can see the lake where you can hire swan-shaped pedal boats, and the peak itself (which has a small shrine at the top), accessed by a cable car.

An extinct volcano, the crater of which forms the lake, altitude at this point is just under 1200m (about 3900 feet), with the peak itself topping out at 1391m (4564 feet).
