The Mini Pig Cafe is one of the many quirky things you can do in a day in Tokyo, Japan. Grabbing a bullet train from Osaka, Will gets up close and personal with the little piggies and visits some of the parks and gardens, along with the crazy shopping area in Harajuka and the famous Shinduku Crossing.
The journey begins with a ride on the famous Shinkansen (bullet) train from Osaka. We’ll provide you with ticket information and prices.
Once in Tokyo we will visit:
– The entertainment district of Shinjuku with its 24 hour restaurants and bright neon lights.
– Harajuku which is famous for Japanese pop culture, crazy fashions and Street food.
– The shopping district of Shibuya with its famous crossing and thousands of shops!
We will even out all that urban madness with a visit to Yoyogi Park with it’s beautiful Meiji Jingu temple as well as the Shinjuku Gyoen National park, one of Tokyo’s largest and most beautiful gardens.
Finally, we will make a stop at MiPig Cafe to have an ice tea with the micro pigs! In this cafe, you sit on the floor and a collection of super cute, super friendly piggies are free to roam around!
We hope you enjoy this guide to Tokyo, perfect of you only have a few spare hours in town and want to see the best the city has to offer.
