Sea/Ocean/Beach have always been my safe place.
When i was younger, my design school was located near to beaches and rivers. So I would go to the nearby beaches almost every evening to catch sunset. (or when my heart felt so heavy) it had become a healing place I guess.

So whenever you feel overwhelmed, find your safe place ok? 🙂
