Check out their Shio ramen, Miso ramen, Butter Corn ramen, and Scallop ramen.

Shio Ramen and Miso Ramen are served in salt based and miso based soup, respectively. Scallop Ramen comes with scallops, roasted butter, and corn in soy/salt or miso soup base. The butter and corn from the Butter Corn Ramen go great together in soy/salt or miso soup base.

COMSEN Otaru Canal Cafeteria, located along the bank of the Otaru Canal, is an eye-catching restaurant surrounded by riverside scenery. Having been renovated from a warehouse, it exudes an eclectic atmosphere due to its brick walls, gas lamps, and wooden rooftop. The cafeteria consists of 9 areas, bringing together famous Hokkaido cuisines, such as Hokkaido-style ramen, crab dishes, Jingisukan, sushi, and other specialty dishes. Most of the dishes here are seafood-based and are served buffet style. Patrons get to taste a variety of flavored Chinese mitten crab and Japanese spider crab prepared using various cooking methods. Prices for prix fixe here usually vary depending on if the dishes contain crab or not. The cafeteria is busiest at night, so if you visit in the evening you may need to wait in line. During the day, tourists often crowd around to snap pictures and buy souvenirs. If you choose to visit in the evening you will be able to enjoy the tranquility and watch the rippling waters while sipping beer – thus, getting a taste of what life was like in the past.
