Intern Tries Sausage Gambling — Taipei, Taiwan | The Travel Intern

Sausage, a meat product usually made from ground meat, often pork, beef, or poultry, along with salt, spices and other flavourings. Gambling, an act of wagering money or something of value on an event with an uncertain outcome.

So what happens when you put 2 of them together? Well, you get an odd, and apparently illegal, sport played amongst locals in Taiwan. We sent our intern, Lesha, to scour the streets of Taiwan for these elusive sausage gambling dens and uncover the secrets of this underground sport.
