Short version here:
A journey by plane, train, and bus to a remote corner of Hokkaido, Japan’s big northern island. Cape Nosappu is on the extreme edge of Japan, and I arrived just in time one freezing cold winter evening.
Also you’ll see my trip to nearby Kushiro Marshlands, a national park, and several hours waiting inside one of Japan’s most obscure train stations, alone and frozen to the bone. So cold I was unable to check my blood sugar for several hours.
Enjoy this video diary of a trip to a place even most Japanese people know nothing about!
