Pampanga is a province in Central Luzon region of the Philippines! It’s known by many as the culinary capital of the Philippines filled with delicious dishes. After trying the infamous sisig in Pampanga we had to try unique Kapampangan food and was introduced to this great dining experience! Apag Marangle is a Filipino restaurant set atop a fish pond and quite the culinary adventure. Then we HAD to try palabok where it first originated.
