► “Ipuddo” is probably one of the most famous ramen-shops in Japan. It started in this very shop in Fukuoka Tenjin in 1985, and became an instant succes. Since then, they expanded to have shops all over Japan, and in recent years, they’ve also opened branches overseas such as in Mandarin Hotel Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tai Pei & Shanghai among others.
Their ramen IS really delicious, what makes it so good, is their special soups.
For each variety, you can choose a 3, 5 or 7 spices variation according to personal taste. When served, you can add additional toppings, such as fresh garlic, chili, ginger and pickles to suit your tastebuds.
