Covid-19, the world’s most concerned problem in 2020 has generated worry among Japan’s residences. The pandemic happens in the happiest moment of the year for many Japanese people, the cherry blossom season. But, how is Japan’s doing in this current pandemic? Are there still “hanami” or cherry blossom viewing going ? Are Japanese people in the countryside (non Tokyo area) worry the same way as the world?
