大阪天王寺駅近くの「やまちゃん本店」のたこ焼きです。外はカリッと香ばしく中はクリーミーな仕上がり。外は薄い皮のようにしっかりしているので爪楊枝で持ち上げやすいぐらいですが、中は熱々のトロトロ♪。気を付けて食べないと火傷しそうになりますが、出来立て熱々は最高の美味さでした。
