Hello & thank you for watching my vlog

Day 1 – The Arrival
We arrive airport on schedule time at 8:05am (although our flight departure time had been delayed for 30 mins), then taking train to Sapporo Station. When we step out from Sapporo Station, it starts to snow and we are so exciting. Moving to our hotel (JR INN Sapporo-eki Minami-guchi) to drop luggage, then walking back to Sapporo Station for lunch. While we are walking to Sapporo Station, we passing by Former Hokkaido Government Office, and thinking that we should visit it. As a result, we are behind our schedule as we suppose to reach Hanamaru Sushi 根室花丸 at or before 11am to avoid long queue. After 2 hours waiting & 1 hour late lunch, we have to change our schedule to visit Sapporo Beer Museum instead of going up to Mt Moiwa. Thing not always goes as planned. And so bad that guided tour is off due to New Year Holiday. After all, its time to check in hotel, and dinner time. Walking to Susukino and randomly search for any restaurant to dine in, and we found 串鳥 yakitori.

Day 2 – Ski Day
This day going to be another exciting day as this is our first ski experience! We woke up late and we do not have time to take our breakfast even grab-and-go food. Walking to Sapporo Station and activate our Hokkaido Rail Pass (7 Days Passes), then take JR train to Teine Station, and take JR bus to Teine Olympic. Once reach, we register ourselves at school desk olympia ski centre (First-Time Ski Experience Lesson ¥16,000 for One Day), and choose our rental gear. PREPARE AND GO FOR SKI. Morning session is learning basic ski skill. Then lunch time. Afternoon session is ski experience. Overall, ski experience is tired but its fun. Very carefully skiing as I’m too afraid to hurt myself and that’s end my whole trip (it’s only day 2 today). Back to Sapporo and having dinner at SOUP CURRY & DINING SUAGE+

Day 3 – Day Trip to Asahikawa
We wake up early in the morning to catch early train to Asahikawa. Then, take bus to Asahiyama Zoo 旭山動物園. We reach before zoo opening hour and wait about 1 hour to enter into zoo. On Jan & Feb, penguin walk is schedule 2 times per day (11am & 2:30pm), and most of the people will go for first schedule time. So first schedule time will be crowded compare to second schedule time. Penguin walk is adorable, and there is always 1 “lone ranger” penguin who always walk so far away from the group. After visiting zoo, we planned to go for ramen but due to short of time, we decided to walk at Aeon Mall next to Asahikawa Station.
