Kobe Bryant Fan Tribute and Memorial Event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles
While I was traveling through Los Angeles last week, I couldn’t help but be immersed is the City’s and Fans tribute to former LA Lakers’ basketball player and sports legend, Kobe Bryant. The outpouring of love was so touching. The amount of fans that turned out and contributed was incredible. You can see the photos, art works, poetry and flowers in memorial for the former NBA star and his daughter, who died recently in a helicopter crash. The numbers 24 and 2 represent the basketball jersey numbers that Kobe Bryant (#24) and his daughter (#2) wore on the court. This stadium was his home court for 20 years with the LA Lakers.
At first I was not going to post this, but it was so deeply impactful that I wanted to share this with any fans who missed this. I hope you find some peace watching this video.
