The long overdue recap of our 2017 trip to Japan, featuring highlights from some of our favorite moments in this magical country.
We bought a JR Pass locally prior to the trip, which allowed us to freely take all but two Shinkansens (bullet trains) around Japan. From getting jostled in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, to soaking in the onsens of Hakone, taking in the quaint beauty of Takayama, to seeing the sights in the absolutely magnificent Kyoto, we had the experience of a lifetime.
