이번 일본 삿포로 여행에서 먹어본 양고기 구이 요리”징기스칸”입니다.
일년 미만의 양고기와 양의 내장,양갈비를 먹어보았다.
양의 독특한 냄새도없었고 , 순수하게 양고기 맛을 볼수 있었다.
개인적으로는 양의 내장 식감이 아주 좋았고 갈비도 좋았다.
근데 자주 즐길수 있는 맛은 아닌 듯하다.
오히려 중국식 양요리가 더 맛나는 듯,,,
양고기가 생소한 우리로서는 한번 체험삼아 먹어 보는 것도 좋은듯..
유명하 다고 해서 다 맛있는 것은 아니다!!
This is a grilled lamb dish called “Jingis Khan” that I had during my recent trip to Sapporo, Japan.
I tried lamb meat, lamb intestines, and lamb ribs less than a year ago.
There was no unique smell of sheep, and it tasted pure lamb.
Personally, the lamb’s internal texture was very good and the ribs were good.
But it doesn’t seem like you can enjoy it often.
It’s more like a Chinese-style lamb
For us who don’t have lamb, it’s good to try it out.
Just because you’re famous doesn’t mean everything is delicious!!
