Tsugaru Shamisen is a genre of shamisen music originating from Tsugaru Peninsula in present-day Aomori prefecture, Japan.
This performance was part of the Shibuya Renaissance 2019, an arts and culture event that takes place along the road connecting Shibuya 109 with the Tokyo department store every year.
