Then perhaps u found many OKINAWA products sold in the supermarket in your country(besides Japan). Having been surprised when i visited to supermarket to find so many on this movie.

I cook Kale Salad with the one i bought at wet market, which super tasty soft and not bitter, can be eaten by fresh.

沖縄は国際物流の重要拠点です。香港に住み日本の商品を手に取るようになり知ったのですが、海外へは結構沖縄の商品が入ってきています。
いつもお世話になっている冷凍食品コーナーをのぞいてびっくり、沖縄の会社が製造した冷凍餃子がびっしり並んでいました。冷凍食品だけではありません、発酵食品も乾物類も乳製品も、結構な確率で沖縄の商品が陳列されています。海外で日本食材を手に取ると、こうやってモノって流れて営業かけてるんだなぁと知ること、結構あります。
-わぁすごい！ちょっとしたトレンド 香港産の有機野菜
最近は高級スーパーにいかなくても、市場にいくと、ちらほら有機野菜を扱っているお店がでています。しかも香港産の有機野菜も扱われていたりします。どこで作ってるの？って驚くことが間々あります。
バリエーションこそ乏しいものの、水耕レタスやケール等、口にしてみると美味しく、香港でもちょっとした話題になりました。今回はケールを購入！びっくり、柔らかくて全然苦くないんです、とっても美味しい。私は塩揉みをしてからサラダにしましたが、塩揉みにする必要はないなと感じるほどの上質さ。小さな街香港のどこでこんなおいしいものを作っているんだろう？ぜひ生産農家を訪ねてみたいものです。
日本で流通しているケールなんか目じゃないくらい美味しかったですよ。茎まで食べれます。オススメ！残念ながら日本の皆さんには食べていただけませんが、香港在住の方々にはお試しいただきたい味です。
