The Magic of Japanese Beef: A5 Hitachi Wagyu

Japan produces the best, most revered beef in the world. It doesn’t get better than A5 level wagyu, and today, we’re going to try one of the rarest of all Japanese Wagyu, Hitachi beef. So we’re heading to Ibaraki prefecture, just 90 minutes away from Tokyo, to check off our beef bucketlist with 200grams of A5 Hitachi Beef Chateaubriand
