Oft said to be one of the best sushi joints in Tokyo, Japan, Sushi Dai 寿司大 was certainly worth the wait. Woke up at 3 am to take our places in the queue at Tsukiji Fish Market! Seating is limited so get there earlier for a shorter wait (it is not uncommon to wait four hours for a seat!).
My recommendation is to skip the soy sauce so you can taste the magic of the chefs’ skills married with the choice ingredients.
