The characteristics of Ostrich-FoldedBike-Bag is that you can protect rear-derailer with end-protector, but the procedure becomes more complicated than Montbell’s one.
It’s difficult to fold the bag without spreading it on the ground.
The mouth of the bag opens toward top, so your bike doesn’t get dirty even if the ground is dirty.
You can put it on the ground vertically stably , and It doesn’t take up so much space.
