Walking Shinjuku to Yodabashi Camera and 7-11 I First night in Japan

After our first meal in Japan, ramen at Afuri, we went for a walk to Yodobashi Camera to purchase a new camera bag. Jet lag and exhaustion were in full swing, but we couldn’t sleep yet even if we wanted to. The lights of Shinjuku were egging us on. Once finished at Yodobashi Camera we stopped in for late night snacks for our first time at a 7-11in Japan. The shelves were not fully stocked of all items as it was already evening. Wandering aimlessly and trying to remember items we wanted to try we made our purchase and headed back to the hotel to eat our booty and then collapse. Tomorrow, we begin in earnest. As it’s only been a few hours in this country, I think we’ve already fallen in love.
