ROYAL CARIBBEAN CANCELS QUANTUM OF THE SEAS SAILINGS IN ASIA Royal Caribbean has cancelled two 9 day sailings for the Quantum of the Seas in Asia. The Singapore departure on Feb 15 2020 and the Hong Kong departure on Feb 24 2020 are both affected. The cruise line has noted that due to travel constraints getting in and out of Singapore and Hong Kong that these 2 cruises must be cancelled now to give all passengers a full refund and allow them time to rebook another holiday. The cancellations for the Quantum of the Seas means that Royal Caribbean now has 2 ships in Asia idled at this time.
