We went out early in the morning.
It may look a bit dark in the beginning part of the video since the sun was not up yet.

Kyonan town was badly affected by Typhoon Hagibis (#15) in October 2019.
We filmed it in February 2020, and many houses were still with their roofs covered with the blue tarps.
Other than that, the town seemed to be almost back to normal.
