I can’t believe there’s actually capsule hotels in New Zealand! I loved my experience in Japan with Nine Hours and I seriously missed that quirky part of being in something similar to a spaceship (or hibernation chamber 😂😂😂)
When I found out that Jucy Snooze had a capsule hotel I wanted to check it out, and the best thing is, it was only a 10 minute walk from the Airport!
I reckon Jucy Snooze has it made for those coming off a red eye from Australia or are leaving on an early morning flight to Australia because its in a perfect location and you can get a decent amount of shut eye, whatever you decide to do!
Jucy Snooze is also really inexpensive too, from NZ$30 a night, you really can’t go wrong, there’s a great common room where there’s hammocks, a kitchen and lounge chairs everywhere to sit and read or even plane spot!
I’ll be making sure to use Jucy Snooze again if I happen to fly on a late night flight from Australia, as it’s really that perfect!
These vlogs coming out aren’t my best work – I know. A lot of distractions with family not wanting to be on camera as well as needing to get into the routine like I did in Japan. I will endeavour to make it better once I’ve finished my Christchurch series.
