Travel Vlog: Today we check out Yaese Park (located in Yaese, Okinawa, Japan) which was one of the top 10 recommended places in Okinawa to see Cherry Blossoms. There weren’t too many in bloom yet, but it was still really cool to see. 🌸
Okinawan Cherry Blossoms (sakura) bloom earlier than mainland Japan cherry blossoms and are of a darker pink color. They hang facing downwards like pink bells, and originated in China rather than Japan.
This was a really cool park just to visit as it sits on a giant hill and gives you a great view of the island. 🖤
