For our final day in Fukuoka, we search for local Hakata delicacies, starting with mentaiko (salted pollock roe) in the Nakasu area. We wandered into the beautiful Kushida Shrine, then eat some creamy Hakata-style ramen in Fukuoka’s yatai (food stalls) by the Naka River. Our final meal is some piping-hot motsunabe (tripe hotpot) at JR Hakata Station. I’m hungry just typing this lol
