You might have seen the incredible ramen poster which shows almost all of the available ramen styles in Japan. It was made by an artist named Fanny from the US, also known as JFoodie.
Denis aka @whitecrow_cooking on Instagram has taken it upon him to recreate all of the displayed ramen, based on their descriptions and their appearance. While he is not a professional ramen chef, he definitely does have a good amount of ramen knowledge.
