I (we) have always wanted to visit Japan! I’ve always been fascinated by the culture and mix of technology that is Japan. And of course for me, travelling on the Bullet Train was an absolute must!
So in mid October 2017 we headed off to Tokyo to start a 15 day tour that would take us around Honshu, (Japan’s largest Island) finishing in Kyoto before flying home from Osaka.
So Wow! The Bullet train is awesome, especially in its sleek Sci-Fi looks. The ride is more akin to flying (without the turbulence) with the carriage (cars) interior enhancing the look and feel of an aircraft fuselage.
So, fantastic to see, experience and photograph the Bullet Train and, at long last, a boyhood dream is realised!
