The St. Regis Osaka is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed at; we had the pleasure of experiencing it for two nights. It’s a SPG hotel, and currently the rates are starting at JPY ¥38,623 (Around $380 USD). Of course, you can opt to spend you points if you wish. Today I walk you through the our room, the lobby, and the foyer (there is a separate “lobby” for hotel guests. This lobby leads to the gardens and bar/lounge area). This hotel is within walking distance of the Shinsaibashi shopping district, which is known for second hand luxury goods as well as plenty of restaurants and small boutiques. I would estimate it takes about an hour to just walk straight through the district, so you could imagine how long you could spend there if you were to browse/shop.
