Musha Shugyo: Rio de Janeiro, Episode 5
This is the fourth day of a trip I took with my jiu-jitsu school, JM modern jiu-jitsu. I documented the trip with my Fujifilm X100f and GoPro Hero 7. The interviews were shot with the Fujifilm X-T3. We visit some of the main attractions of Rio de Janeiro including Lapa, and Sugarloaf mountain and the Rio de Janeiro Cathedral before training at a local jiu-jitsu school, Ares BJJ HQ.

My goals with this channel are to help people deal with suffering in their lives and achieve balance. Suffering is inevitable and is a fundamental truth. How we deal with it is the problem. I believe it is best dealt with through two practices, one of the physical nature and one of a cerebral nature. I hope to inspire others to develop their own balance through the practices of the physical and creative.
