北海道の中心駅・札幌駅を発着する普通列車・特急列車を撮影しました。札幌駅は駅の構造上、音がこもりやすい上に、ディーゼルカーの発着本数も多いため、終始駅構内は喧騒とした雰囲気です。
This movie was shot at Sapporo Station on the JR Hakodate Line. Sapporo is the 5th largest city in Japan (about 1.9 million population). This means Sapporo Station is by far the most important and the largest in Hokkaido. Many local, rapid, and limited express trains arrived at and leaves from Sapporo Sation all the day. Almost all limited express trains in Hokkaido designate here as their starting point, for example SUPER HOKUTO (for Hakodate, the southern central city in Hokkaido), SUPER OZORA (for Kushiro, the eastern central city in Hokkaido), SUPER KAMUI (for Asahikawa, the 2nd largest city in Hokkaido), SUPER SOYA (for Wakkanai, the northern central city in Hokkaido) and so on. Hokkaido has a lot of unelectrified lines. So many diesel-powered trains can be seen here.
