Apartment tour of a $3000/month apartment in Tokyo! Im currently renting this place through a service called ‘Monthly Mansion’, it’s primarily for people who do short term stays. I’m sure if you were to rent on a lease for longer it’ll be much much cheaper! This was filmed 12 hours after I landed in Tokyo, I didn’t want to upload a tour of my apartment until I’m almost leaving for safety reasons…
If you have any questions or concerns let me know and I’ll try to help! It was really daunting and scary researching a place to live for a month since I’m here alone. It was really important to be to be in a safe location and super close to the train station, my experience with this apartment is overall very positive but I do think it is really expensive for what it is. I paid about $2700 AUD – this included the bedsheet set, towels set and checkout cleaning service.
