The Tokyo Monorail provides a convenient connection (three types of services, ie Haneda Express, Rapid and Local) to Haneda Airport (the fourth busiest airport in the world) from the Tokyo’s Monorail Hamamatsuchō Station (with a connection to the Yamanote loop and Keihin-Tōhoku Lines) with stops at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (terminus) and the International Terminal.
The monorail line covers a distance of 17.8 kms with 11 stations in approx. 20 – 25 minutes. The line opened in 1964.
