JR東日本が発売している、訪日外国人旅行者向けのチャージ式ICカード（Welcom Suica）の買い方をご紹介します。
このICカードは、鉄道やバス、タクシーや店舗での支払いに利用できる便利なカードです。
通常、預り金（デポジット）500円がかかりますが、このカードは28日間の使用期間を設けることで、預り金なしで利用できます。
帰国時の払い戻しの手間もなくなりますし、記念に持って帰ることができます。
販売場所は、羽田空港国際線ターミナルや成田空港第2ビルなどの空港駅には専用券売機があります。東京駅、新宿駅、渋谷駅、池袋駅、上野駅、浜松町駅では、トラベルサービスセンターで購入できます。
ただし、チャージ残金の払い戻しはしていないので、残金が残らないよう使う必要があります。
