Earlier this week I landed in Peru, which is probably one of my favorite countries when it comes to cuisine and landscapes! The Peruvian cuisine is one of the best in the world and their ceviche ranks high in the culinary world. This week I was lucky enough to participators in a ceviche cooking class and the experience was incredible! Hopefully after watching this video you will be able to make a good authentic ceviche!
