I’ve watched several documentaries about Aokigahara Forest and I really wanted to see it with my own eyes and experience the aura of the place.
We didn’t find anything or anyone but we didn’t wander too far off the track as it’s very easy to get lost in there. Many people go there to commit suicide so you have to respect the place. It’s got an atmosphere but it’s also a very beautiful forest to visit regardless of what goes on there.
On the way back we stopped off at Seiko Lake and waited for Mount Fuji to reveal itself.
