Bankara Ramen is a franchise of famous Japanese Ramen chain from Tokyo. It promises to bring a taste of real ramen to the people of Bangkok. There are four types of ramen to choose from which different in their soup ingredients. There are Bankara original ramen, Tonkatsu ramen, Tsukemen and Miso ramen.
Each can be personalized with additional toppings like pork, corn, seaweed, veggies and different sized noodles. And don’t forget to try their special dish, Kakuni – Japanese braised pork.
Went to the outlet at Siam Paragon. Prices are reasonable for the standard and portions. Both the Bankara and Tonkotsu ramens were really good. They do their signature Kakuni (braised pork belly) really well. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in Bangkok!
