Over 24 hours of traveling till we reached our first destination, Shibu Onsen, close to Nagano. A town dedicated to small and personalized thermal bath (Onsen) accessible only if you stay in one of the local Ryokan.
As you have a key to all such facilities, it is common that people walk from one to another for different experience.
