Another addition to Tarlac Pangasinan La Union Expressway is opened to the public! The Pozorrubio segment is now passable in time for the bakasyonista’s / travelers spending time in the highlands of Baguio for the yuletide season! Opened December 6, 2017. Enjoy and have a safe journey!
