This is a video with my first impressions of the Harbin Ice Festival in China. Visiting the Ice Festival has been one my bucketlist for years and recently I finally had the chance to visit this unique festival.

The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival is an annual festival that takes place in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China and is the biggest ice festival in the world. Originally participants were all Chinese, but as the festival grew bigger, international participants joined the festival.

Thousands of people help build the ice sculptures. There are hundreds of people working at the Songhua river to get the massive ice blocks out and to the location of the Ice Festival where the sculptures are build.
