I love hot pot, and New York is stepping up its game in making them really spicy but very cute! The first place I went to Liuyishou hotpot has its broth base molded into an adorable cow, but when the broth starts to boil, it’s not a very happy ending for the cow. The second location I went o Xiang hot pot has their broth base molded into a teddy bear, and they offer amazing plates of beef and wagyu beef that will melt your heart a soul away.
