Definitely, have to check out Shinjuku and Golden Gai! Sadly I went super early in the night when I had my camera on me. But I went back a day later without my camera around 11pm and man it was alive!

If you find your self in Tokyo around Cherry Blossom Season you have to go to Chidorigafuchi Park at night. The lights and Moat make for an amazing visual.
