Last weekend we took a trip up to the Catskill area and I brought with me my Canon 70D so I could get some RAW footage. The 70D can only record up to 6-7 seconds in 1026p (not even 1080) and I had to add some stabilizer because everything was done handheld, which further cropped into the image. Ultimately, I think you can still get some beautiful image out of the camera with RAW enabled, however, it would be much better if you could shoot in at least 1080p.
