永観堂の紅葉 京都 eikando Autumn leaves Kyoto 京都紅葉

京都 永観堂 禅林寺は平安時代に歌人 藤原関雄の別荘「東山山荘」があった場所です。岩垣もみじなど約3,000本の楓が植えられ、秋はもみじの永観堂と言われるもみじの寺。観事な紅葉が最大の見どころです。
The Kyoto Eikan-do Zenrinji of the Zen sect temple is the place where there was villa “Higashiyama Sanso” of poet Fujiwara no Sekio in the Heian era. The temple of the momiji which approximately 3,000 maples including the rock fence momiji are planted, and is said to be Eikan-do Temple of the maple in autumn. Wonderful colored autumn leaves are the biggest highlight.
